Hey there ! I am new to this forum and new to rc cars, I have got a Tamiya DFO3RA and would like to make it 10mm higher or so. (dampers being 40mm long) I have already placed the dampers on the highest settings and the chassis is the highest it can be with the stock dampers, I am looking at a Yeah Racing 55mm Damper Set, will this raise the whole chassis ? And will I need to buy new driveshafts that are longer?
Any one have experiences? thanks

I very much doubt your cars dampers are 40mm long. Usually the total damper length fully extended is what people measure.
Extending the suspension beyond its kit setting is likely to cause problems with the driveshafts etc. I would personally leave the car in it's standard settings for that reason. If you really, really need extra ride height, I'm not sure a rally car is the right car for your conditions, you probably need the bigger wheels and greater ground clearance of a truck of buggy.
