Default DIY garage track

This is my DIY garage track that I built. It's actually really fun. I built it so that my 7 year old son could practice. He was given a Losi 1/24 rally car.

Okay, I just tried to post the link, but the forum won't let me cause I'm new to this site.

Do a youtube search:

foosdez diy

and you should be able to find it. If you find it, can you post the link for me? Thanks.

Cool!

Love the tank too! The trigger is sweet!
I am over on aquariacentral.com for my tank stuff.

as for the track, that is a really cool design. What did you use for the lane barriers?

Thanks. I bent up some aluminum for the barriers. Basically 1" square. I have a bending machine and used scrap aluminum from work.

My trigger jumped out a few weeks ago . I bought it for my wife for valentines a few years ago.

I added a jump to the track. Makes it more challenging. I still don't have enough posts to put a link up, but do the same search and you'll find it (foosdez DIY)

I love it.....I did the same thing with my daughters 1/24 micro truggy in the garage but have since moved the track to my bigger basement.

Maybe some foams would give you some more grip?

Completely happy with both the short course truck and the truggy. There is plenty of power stock. Definitely go brushless though.

Probably would help, but I just threw this together quickly. Foams are pricy, few hundred bucks to cover that square footage. It's coming down soon anyway, the snow is coming soon and we need to park in there.
