The MT4 is an awesome machine - so much more durable than any traxxas or hpi. The truck is a beast on 4s and insane above.

The MT4 G3 is current. They just recently came out with buggy EB4 and stadium truck ST4 variants, so it isn't more than a couple years old I don't think. The biggest compliment I've found online for them (I was looking at buggy options) was how durable they are - but I don't have any first hand experience myself.

They haven't been advertised as much because they sold out so quickley and were in high demand. They discontinued the first version and made some improvements to the newer version. The truck is awesome, I sold my fully built flm emaxx after I got mine. Very durable trucks.

They are great trucks for the money. I have spent a lot more on my Traxxas trucks and they don't even come close to the thunder tigers as far as durability. If you can't find the MT4's in stock, consider converting the ST-1 to a brushless setup and you will be happy. Check out my RC album for more pics....
