I know this was entered as a joke, but how low could the link be & still give good returns? I understand that lowering the roll center on one end substantialy more than on the other end is a bad. I have heard that for on road you want the roll center as low as possible (below ground level is not uncommon). What would be the drawbacks of a similar setup for offroad (assumeing front & rear are balanced)?

But on a serious note, how much lower is the c-hub compared to the standard hub? Id like to drill some b44 hubs into c hubs.
It's not the Hub it's the Hub tower. What the ball studs mounts to
And it lowers the Camber link 2mm

Have anybody ever tried chad due setup from reedy race with losi pistons if so, how was the car? Cherry I think it is time to rebuild my front and rear ends of the car with arms and hinge pins man. Im with ya on that, maybe if i play with shock oil some more it might get better but it could be the pistons, i had to sand them quite a bit to get them to not hae any sharp edges and they were under sized compared to my gheas. so going back to either ae #2's or some gheas that i have.

Has anyone ran the gheas with the taper facing upwards?

Lower roll centers produce "stability" to the point of a lazy chassis if overdone. Stability is used loosely there as thhe car becomes more lax, it will start to feel in-stable if you try to make quick directional changes. Typically, the higher the traction, the higher the roll center should be.

that is how I can usually temp fix a stripped screw. But i find it works a lit better on the carbon parts than the plastic ones. I did this on the ubrace when the stud stripped and it seems to be holding for now.

Yeah wildcat, a guy at the tracj advised me to do that so I did and the screw are tight now, what causes the screws to bck out and the threads get damaged? My sc10screws haven't backed out as I can see, what didn't you like abou the 56 pistons, where the holes on them smaller than the ae #2, how did they pack, my car bottoms out in a couple places on the track u hear the chassis slap
