On the brighter side, we received a sample of the material we will be using. It is a Red clay, pond silt mixture. Looks to be some awesome stuff. Kyle and I were making meatballs out of it, then flattening it out to pancake size. Held together well, and we feel it will be a great material.

The walls around the facility are about half done, more today. The entire place will be carpeted, and plenty of window to watch the racing activity. All and all the project is moving along swiftly and ahead of schedule. Thanks to a ton of help from some of the guys.

Thanks for the interest, and I will attempt to post some pics of the place later today
Ok sounds good thanks Lester

Hey guys,
Here are a view pictures to look at so you can get an idea for the shop and the size of the track. I will try to take more pictures as we make more progress on the walls and especially once the track starts to take shape.

Pete,
As of right now region 1 does not have a director. I have emailed ROAR regarding the regional. Hopefully they will get back to me shortly so we can host this event.

Hey guys,
Just got the word from Lester that the dirt is ordered! 100 yards is coming in and should be here in about 3 weeks so we should be ready to race near the end of July! While we continue to work on the facility here are some more pictures of the progress. More pics to follow as we get more done.
