I keep getting this error, "Output Voltage Too High", but can't seem to figure out how to fix it. It's the Hyperion EOS0615 Duo 3. Power supply is putting out 12.7v. The chargers output screen is showing 31.0v. I've tried different batteries, different balancers, different plugs. Nothing works. Any ideas?

The 31V output suggests the main leads are not connected to the battery, are you seeing that while connected? Is it the same for both ports? If you do get a proper output reading with the battery connected it might be a balancer wiring issue, if I remember correctly Hyperions are different than some, have you tried it without connecting the balancer ?

A long time ago I tried charging a battery without the balance plug but it wouldn't work. That reading was without a battery plugged in. However, I think there's more than just this "output voltage too high" problem. I finally got one to start charging in "storage charge" mode. Well, it started around 3.9 volts/cell and is supposed to drop them down to like 3.6-3.7. Looked at the screen a few minutes later and they were up to 4.55 volts! I yanked it off and haven't touched it since.

I'm gonna try to update the firmware. If that doesn't do anything I'll probably just send it in.

Ive had 2 of the dou's. Both had one channel that would give me that error message. Both right when the warranty ran out.

Just had this happen; apparently if you let the output leads touch by accident at any time it can pop this resistor.

Not sure exactly where it's located within the boards yet.
