hey there t4.1 guys and gals, i have a question for all of u. do your truck have a slightly loose rear end when u push it hard? i have done everything that i know to do to lock the rear in fairly tight and still have good rotation but if i push it too hard it will get a lil squrmy in some sections for a slip second. overall the truck is good but i want to b able to push my truck the way that i push me b4.1 and sc10 and i just seem to have to baby it just a tad instead of streching the limits of the truck

I recently installed an aircraft motor in my truck. Man, is it awesome. It weighs an ounce less than the any other "standard" motor, and has an unbelievable amount of power. It was 90F outside, and after a 15min practice it was up to 160F. The book says that it's safe up to 220F. I couldn't be more pleased. The only thing I need is to get a smaller pinion so I can run a little higher voltage.

Hi, I'm John, I work with a fellla that can make aluminum molds with CNCs. I design them he makes them.

Anyway, one of my first projects was a body for the T4, I'm calling it Scorpion;

I don't have any stock of these right now but that can change real quick if there is a want for them.

They are .040 GE Lexan. I'd like do $27 each or at 3 or more $25 each. They are not up on my web site yet, so stay tuned.

I'll like to post some pics of my T4.1

The track I run at.

Now the track is hard clay with I'm guessing a groove with patches of sand(I guess everyone calls it dust condition) and was wondering what tires should I use? The stocks front grip but still pushes and the rear are blad and can grip on the hard dust free parts but hit that dust the truck spins out.

Nice track, I run on a similar clay track and about the same size, I like Suburbs MC or Gold Barcodes front/rear for either one........

FYI: Use AE part # 9880 steering block, part #9881 Front axle and part #7369 roll pin, and you'll be bale to use stock rear wheels on the front of your truck.

Thnx for the info! Full race night or practice laps?

Full race night. 3 practice runs, 2 qualifiers, and a main. Took 3rd place with a MurfDogg 17.5 with no esc timing in Mod Truck.

Basher's, Nice! That's a great place to run and the owner, Brian, is a great guy. Barcodes and Suburbs are the hit ticket on that track. The balder, the better on race nights when they wet it down.

You should come check out the track we just built in Delray. We race Sundays, and the track is open to the public Monday-Saturday for free.
