Default soldering question

in have this Radio Shack soldering station and it works great, i have used it for a while now, but the tip is going out on it...i know radio shack doesn't make a tip for this model....i heard that you can do a Hakko mod and use their tips. i don't mind using another brand, but i want a new flatter tip for it.

any advice would be great!

this is what i have now:

I'm not sure if a Hakko would fit or not, I would take your current tip into your local store and try and match up with another tip. Nice soldering station!

I did some googling and it looks like the tips are hard to find for that iron. RadioShack fail! Do you have a picture of the tip? Maybe a tip from a different brand iron will work?
