Okay, I just recently bought a sc10 4x4. My nimh batteries wont fit (7 cell). I am just running this for fun, but does anyone know of a sort of battery tray mod to help bigger batteries fit? And also, if not, is it okay to run a nimh battery vertical (up and down) instead of sideways?

Get a lipo....

30-45 at hobby king or hobby partz. get at least a 30c or better. They also sell lipo chargers cheap a thunder ac6 from hobby partz is by far the best bang for your buck.
