countless hours.. Not even close. you can feel where it changes fairly soon after installing them.

cost a lot? Not really maybe 30-40 bucks total

Gonna wait for AE's to release the BB shocks? It's gonna be a while.

My set up or Kurt's? Of course it's Kurt's, he's the locomotive driver!

Sorry, little engineer joke there!

First thing I will do if this is to soft is go to 35 front...32.5 rear. Right now 32.5 front and 30 rear is really really soft with the shorty pack in..

Maybe white and white is to soft..i do run on med bite tho. I just hope i find .2 tenths to start getting closer to mod pace

I agree tunning for track conditions is an extremely rewarding part of what we do. Especially when it works. I think "Meant" was the wrong word for me to use. What I meant was BB springs and shocks that were made and tested for this specific car not for bransd X or XX car and we try to make them work on ours. Beleive me when the AE BB's come out I will be all over it. I got to see them at a race 2 weeks ago and they look great and it just so happened the guy running them won the class at the event. Anyway lets stop bickering and wasting thread space.

Just got my Losi springs (red front, yellow rear), Losi spring cups and Ghea collars in today. Installed the front already and noticed ima have to shave the front shock tower a bit for collar clearance. Gonna do that tomorrow along with finishing up the rears. Then time to try em out!

It is broke, and you just don't know it if you have a track with big jumps.

Especially broke on short course truck.

AE is making a new front shock tower to fit the new BB's
That information does not sound correct.

It may not be.
I do not believe anything till I see it or have it in my hand.

Time will tell

I do know the waiting game is getting old.

It wold be nice to have a clue on when a release date may be. So I don't go waste 60+ bucks on springs to then turn around and stick another 100 in your BB shocks.

That's what the hobby is about, the latest and greatest. I don't want big bores. They'll add more weight, use more shock oil, and probably cost more to rebuild (just like the V2 does over the V1 for some reason). My "skinnies" are smooth enough for me. My driving is the biggest improvement I can make right now, and I'm sure the same can be said for the majority of us.
