What Jconcepts Tire Compound works best I think I usually get blue but it can be green so whats the best because i need to start glueing some tires up for the Anniversary race and do you guys think by than we can use barcodes like not dubble dees for the quallifiers and than barcodes i mean for like the whole entire race?

And is anyone up for 2wd mod short course at the Anniversary Race?

James its all about driving style. Some people like there cars looser than others. I remember when Brandon was telling me things abotu the 22, he stated he likes his car a little loose so it can rotate better.

Green compound is softer than blue, for anniversary race no doubt we will be using bar style tire so i would glue up some green barcodes v1 and v2 and see which ones you like.

Brandon's setups were never loose. He liked V1 barcodes because they were lacking in sidebite. His setups were so "dialed in" that he used the tire (the lack of sidebite specifically) to get the car to rotate.

FYI. All people running Orion VST motors, check the Phillip screws holding your rear end bell. My motor was getting loud and noticed the screws were loose, even lost one. Tightened them up and all better now....

My Venom "Red"doesn't have that problem.

Second time I've seen that actually. Once of the guys in NJ lost a motor because of it. Are the screws threaded into metal? I'd threadlock them.

i'm hoping to run 2wd mod short course at the anniversary. but, i'm not sure if you want to race with me. I'm only running 18-19 second laps on the new layout. haha. I know, terrible.

hey guys the tires should be back to normal by this weekend . track is dry and just needs to groove up a little. the only reason we run different tires at first is because the new layout gets ALOT more loose dirt on top of the track during its initial run in. once the track settles this disapates and bar tires are good again. enjoy the racing this weekend,see you guys next week
