What kind of vehicle is it? What is the chassis made out of? What motor, esc and servos are you running? If you have other models and it only happens to this one then it is definitely something in the vehicle itself. It could be that you have a draw on power and the receiver is not getting enough juice to run it.

I found that with the stock servo in my xxx-sct (they should be the same) I needed to add a capacitor to the flysky receiver because for some reason the servo when turned left to right quickly would cut out (not enough power being supplied). It could be that your servo is causing the issue by drawing to much power. Try using a servo from another vehicle and see if you have the same issue. I also noticed that the Duratrax Element is made my Castle and looks like a sidewinder look into a castle link and see if there are BEC settings that can be changed. Also what do you have in the other vehicles for an ESC? You could always try moving the esc to another vehicle to see if the issue moves as well.

I have one with about an inch missing off the tip and still goes so far I cannot drive. Maybe you got a bunk RX. They are only $8 each or something like that. So Im guessing theres a few duds. If its less then 30 days old return it. If not maybe keep it for spare parts incase you break a case or anteena. What $13 for a replacment shipped.
