On another note...are you guys sealing the chassis with CA when you build the car? I cant remember whether or not I did it with my last 4wd, but need to get this one built up for Cactus. Thanks.
Thanks Matt, I am going to go with Brent thielkie standard setup from rc10.com? Is that the right one?

Cheers formthe help, I am also going to run his 2011 surf classic setup on my b4.1

It's fabric dye that you can buy at the grocery store. De racing might make some as well.

Rit is fabric dye you can pick up at CVS or RiteAid for $6 or $7. Really easy to do. I use an old coffee can on the burner stove on my BBQ. Only takes about 20- 30min. DE wheels are cool too but harder to come by at the lhs than white AE wheels.

I have several race cars and have no intention of spending $$ buying a separate transponder for each car.

I mount my transponder on my steering servo using this velcro -

I have never had the transponder come loose, even in hard crashes in a touring car.

It works well for me as well, I get it from the local hardware store. I buy it by the foot.

Servo extension leads on both so you just unplug it without disturbing your receiver plugs and velcro as suggested above.

I always thought that the NTC3 one way diff fit the 44.1 since it has the longer out drives instead of the TC3 diff. Am I wrong (again) ?

I believe a 8/32 nut driver for the wheels. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
