Actually the layout at RCHR is usually changed a week before every trophy race.

Fellas, next time one of my parts orders gets opened up without John, Will's or my permission, the back room will be eliminated and the track will be locked until business hours.

On top of that, Tires will wear 3 times faster than what they do now which almost prices some racers out of the game all together. I'm all about more traction, but think about this......if we're fighting at times for traction at our home track and lay down some fast times, it will do nothing but make the travellers MORE competitive when we go other places. It's not about being a "1 Track Wonder", it's about making a mark everywhere you go, IN A POSITIVE WAY! That includes the way you post on public forums.......
Just some thoughts, would be cool to be straight clay, BIG BUCKS and fast tire wear....I'd rather just race!
I don't see how that would wear tires any faster, RCE and IRH are not straight clay, When i travel to RCE i have to use damn near bold tires to even get it hooked up.. Im almost certain that if our track conditions were as good as RCE IRH than ppl would like to attend our track a lil more often.... Trust me when i go to RCE i don't wanna come back, I love home base but the truth is the truth........ reason Why im first in line to donate to help our track out..... Never knew the reason why they could run 8th scale and and there isn't a mark left but when we run unlimited SC jesus it's like some one took a back whole to the damn thing.....

I would glady throw in some money to get some new clay in. We do well with how well our dirt is able to hold up. To quote a few people, new clay would only make things better. From a nicer smoother high traction surface combined with incredible racing it would produce are just just a few o many benefits for the track and shop. I've raced at rchr 1-2 times a week everyweek for 8 months now. And I'd do whatever I can to help so we can continue ur to have a great track to race on. So keep on speaking up guys and lets see if we can get the ball rolling

Sincerly

On the flip side of things honestly we aren't a RACERS track like RCE and IRH. We have more entry level SC guys than anything..... RCE IRH now they race, we had an hand full of racers now thats down to what 5 at the most.... I'd really hate to see all that hard work and money go into a track for some hot rod with a 5.5 4x4 sc come and think he can clear the big double and come up short every time, ive seen it befor and it'll happen again.. No one is gonna really enforce that so it'll be a waste..... But all in all id love to see some better dirt

RCE has crack as well but it is a top soil mix and i spoke with lil toddy and the work they put into a track layout change is insane, like the rotortil the entire thing down to the cement floor and start from scratch....

I've seen jimmy james come up short and move the cender blocks from jumps landing and the dirt didn't move.... It's just gonna take some time and effort to even get ours close to theres..

that's true its probably worse to run fresh tires on clay BC you won't be able to rotate around corners. With ZIP GRIP my v1 barcodes had 10% tread left and felt like 90%.
