Default Novak GTB2 error code issue -blue and green lights

I just bought a new GTB2 esc with a ballistic 8.5t motor. Setup and install seemed to go without a hitch. It also bound to my controller just fine. However, it seems to lock up and not work. I got the error code of the blue and green lights staying on.

That would say it is a locked rotor detection. I have reset the esc several times and I am still coming back to this issue.

Please help. Thoughts?

I'm not familiar with the GTB2, but if it's like my Kinetic or Havoc Pro SC, there should be a hall sensor test function. Test the motor sensors and see if all three are working. It's been my experience that a sensorboard failure is usually the culprit. Good luck.

If our techs determine that this is a sensor board problem, we can quickly send him a replacement board.

Default Bad sensor board

The issue was in fact a bad sensor board. Got it replaced, thanks to Chuck at Fastlane in Blue Springs, MO!
