Why wouldn't those collars work?

V1 shock bodies are not threaded correct? The GHEA collars are threaded

I put a Hot Racing aluminum bellcrank on my B4.1 a couple days ago. I wanted to try it instead of gluing the stock servo saver. It still has a servo saver but when used with the HD saver spring it is VERY hard to break free. I figured it should perform like the glued saver but in a hard hard crash maybe it would help save some abuse on the servo. I raced it last night and couldnt drive the thing. It seemed REALLY darty and hard to control. Kinda like the short chassis used to feel. I did re-align the front end and dial everything back in. Im wondering if anyone else has done this and if it felt the same or if after you glued the servo saver did it take some getting used to ?

V1 factory team shocks are threaded.

Im going to get rid of my tamiya baldre 4wd buggy and then get a b4, seems to be somthing that the new local track will be racing soon, especially because the one guy that runs it is a huge AE fan and told me he wants to start doing buggy racing with the 2wds!!

building a +8 b4, more like pieceing one together! I am looking at these ball studs some are long some short ( the neck part ) so if i run those in the wrong spots it would seem like more or less spacers so where on the current B4.1 do I need to run the long or short ones. I am thinking run all long and ditch the short ones? someone help me out.

Anyone know a good source for some Dark Yellow front springs(Kyosho). They seem to be out of stock everywhere and have been for a while now.

All black ball studs have a short neck and the silver ballstuds have a long neck

On the B4. The ball studs that go into the shock tower and rear U-brace are long, all ball studs on the front caster blocks and rear hubs are short, the studs on the steering rack are short. The ball stud on the servo horn is short and the ball stud on the steering arm is long.
