That's what I use now. I did the 4 way wrench trick when I bought the original rc8e. I've converted it when the rc8be came out and now I just finish converting it to the rc8.2

The new mount is better than the elite. The elite mounts still don't allow top side removal of the center dif. The new AE mount that comes in this kit does. The thing really is nice IMO.

Agreed. The new mount is also better than the elite because it allows you to adjust the pinion from the side instead of from the bottom on the elite.

I have it listed in the FOR SALE section but if anybody wants another body already painted but untrimmed send me a PM. Originally ordered 2 extra bodies so this is just an extra.

So it looks like I am missing one of the little black o-rings that goes on the diff outdrive inside of the bearing. What should I do?

Anyone run a hobbywing esc I'd like to buy one but I want to proceed with caution as I don't want to end up buying one and having it go up in after a few runs.

How is their customer service say you buy it from hobbypartz do you return it to hp or send it to china?

Lol, you do not buy the HW for the warranty. You buy because they are cheap. If it breaks, move on.
I have one only for backup tekin all the way.

You will be fine with out it. I have been leaving it out of my diffs for some time. Just fill the groove with black grease.

dont put the oring on one side and then not on the other. It will make one side easier to turn. and may make funny things happen. If you leave it out of one side of the diff, leave out both of them for that diff.
