It is that time of year again to elect the clubs officers and board members. There will be a nomination sheet hanging on the bulletin board next week with the positions available on it. Club members should nominate people that they believe will serve the clubs best interest well. Those people nominated can decline the nomination by crossing their name off and writing DECLINED next to it. There will be ballots made in December and we will have two weeks of voting. You must be a member to vote. The new board and officers will take office in January 2012.
Please consider helping YOUR club out and shaping the clubs future and present.
I will personally be stepping down as president of the club. My work and home schedules will not allow me to do the best I can for the club any longer. I have enjoyed my time in office and hope that I have served the club well.

Voting begins this weekend and continues thru the following weekend.
You must be a current member to vote. Ballots are available from Craig Hill. He will check the membership roster.
The only contested position this year is President. Chad and Walt are both running for that office. Everyone has agreed that the other candidate will become the vice-president. Both are well qualified and able to do the job well.
We need a few more board members still. Please write in names at the bottom of the ballot for them. They must be current MARCCA members.
