You guys come out and say that there's a problem, I respect that kind of honesty and that HPI is willing to openly say there is a problem and they will fix it. The fact that companies try to cover things up makes me very irritated. I will faithfully support a company that's honest. I don't need parts sent out to me, I just want to see things fixed, but the fact you guys do that is a real tear jerker in my book. That's great! I'm very please to read those kind of statments.
