Default Shock Oil Conversion: Cst not Cst?

I just saw this shock oil chart (see below) published by Sweep and the Cst to Associated Wt conversion seems to be in line. However what I was completely confused was the Cst difference between Sweep & MuchMore. I understand there will be some deviation between brands but I though the point of using Cst was that it's an established common measurement and also linear so why is it way off from these two brands? Is it marketing bashing between Sweep and Muchmore? I can understand deviations of < 100 cst but this?
