Just a few Questions-
1. How many members will this club need to make this work? Im sure there isnt an exact number but a good guess would be helpful.
2. The "Track" uses some equipment that is currently property of the Hobby shop, such as scoring system, transponders, etc. Is the club buying this from the hobby shop? and if so what happens to the equipment if and when may comes and the Club dissolves so to speak.
3. How much is the hoped for amount of the new lease? and if the hobby shop does indeed close would an alternative location be better? The current location helps increase the foot traffic of the Hobby shop but if the hobby shop is no longer in operation at some point the club will be wasting money.
Im not trying to be negative at all here I sincerely hope this can work. In this horrible economy, thats alot of money to put out to hope it works out.
