I have another question regarding C21. Looks like I got a prototype top deck rather than the production top deck, center hole is 7mm. I have read you should run a bearing, washer and screw for this configuration. This combo allows a lot more movement than the production C21 with a 6mm hole.

Side to side it does feel free and this is normal due to the long leverage point even with the stiffer tube. What you will really feel with the stiffer tube is the resistance to twisting.
