As far as having pre-mounted wheels for a special event, I would suggest contacting HPI directly and see if they can provide pre-mounts. This would certainly save a local track the time of having to mount wheels.

After receiving the tires, someone could perform some basic tire prep on each set and seal in a zip-lock bag.
