The track will be fine for the nats.Tire wear was only on the rears.I used the same fronts for 15 miniutes of practice,and ran three 10 min. qualifiers on the same set of 40 fronts.
I tried some different pullys, and it reduced some of the rear wear,but I got just a little more on the front. I am sure you will spend more in hotels, than you do on tires. Unless you live there. then you should be able to afford tires.
