Unless you want to run a micro servo, and even then it is probably better to pick up the new servo mounts. I have the 2020, but I only got it because I sold my 18 at the end of last season. There were a few nice updates from the 18, but the cars drive pretty much the same. I would say the 19 would be just fine.
