Yes it does! More than enough speed/torque for me, and a great servo for the price. It's a bit power hungry, so you'll need to use a receiver voltage protector, unless you're ESC can handle it. A Spektrum voltage protector like this. You can also make your own if you have a capacitor with similar specs, and just add the plug and wires.
