wingnut - I am wondering if something got inside the motor? Dirt, debris? If you are are experienced in re-building brushless motors maybe unscrew the shaft end and use blow out the internals with a air can or compressor. Keep track of all the parts, spacers and springs. If you don't have the experience or want a more detailed solution, go to the website and fill our and RMA form to return it to the home office so they can check it out.
