I think its strange how they use shots from VRC and not real video.
But that 12th scale indoor track looks way sick.
They used VRC in order to simulate the new layout with the addition of an 'S' section right after the long sweeping lefthander that launches the car into the main straight.
This new layout is probably not ready yet, thus no actual footage available at the moment. I assume they wait for the weather to improve before they can make any changes.
I found the video very nice, and yes, that indoor track for 1/12 looks great.
