you are 100% right!

Per Steve Pond, current president of ROAR, all current Chassis are legal. The tlr22, even in mid motor, can accept a saddle pack so it is a legal configuration.

keep in mind everyone. This new rule is temporary. There are plans to draft a new standard for shorties that will lift these limits eventually.
