That's normal. All the upper end hitecs I've ever owned did this. It kind of irritating. They are great servos. I switched over to the ace servos back in those days and they buzzed but nowhere near as loud as the hitecs.

Look at it this way, Atleast you'll know when you leave you battery switch on.
