Are those hex, not philips?
They only come in hex. I have not seen any philips. I believe some philips screws at the bottom of the chassis can be replaced by M3 countersunk hex screws, especially around the battery casing area.

Do they come in packs of 8 or 10?
They usually come in 8 pieces.

Are they available in most lengths as used on the 710?
Yes they are. The longer ones come in pack of 6.

Are they available with different heads? (socket, button, flat)
Do they have M4 too?
I have not come across M4 titanium screws. I think that's because electric cars do not use them !

I have not seen socket type yet. Perhaps they do have. Countersunk and button head types are pretty common.
