We've had similar issues at our local track. The servos are drawing too much for some of the speky recievers. We think its because the spektrum recievers need a higher operating voltage or current and the servos cause too much of a power drop. The same servos plugged into a futaba system does not cause the issues.

Adding a cap 99% of the time eliminates the issue.
