Check out the RCCA article below. Its one of the few articles that mag has had which is of some sense!! The only thing I don't entirely agree with is the need for a high grip, high speed flowing track for the one ways to work well. I (and many many others!) drive small tight technical tracks with dual one ways....its all in the finger!!!
