I believe there IS a difference between long and short arms. I do not own the EVO 2 FOC but have driven my friends car. My first impression is that the FK difinitely transitions better. Also, we have setup his FOC with a slightly harder suspension setup compared the FK to handle fast chicanes better. Both cars perform very good though....
