Well thanks for all the advice guys i just re rebuilt the car last night and all I found was a bent rear iner hinge pin. All the bulkheads look good. I did swap out some screw tho just because as well as swapped the front and rear bulkheads hoping to maybe move the problem I am wondering If I have a main deck or a top deck issue
