I never said anything about performance gain....but it does feel like a ceramic rear helps the motor spool up faster, but doubt it makes more measurable power.. I have a lot of attention to detail and I can feel very slight changes in my car so take it for what it's worth....maybe I can measure what your dyno can't with my highly tuned sensory input device....
I have no doubt it feels like is spins smoother.. As for a engine spooling faster under load, not likely....Not unless the bearing being replaced created substantial amounts of drag of course....ceramics are smoother in theory, but since these bearings are being run nearly submersed in lubricant I cannot see any noticeable friction differences between steel and ceramic... if the lubricant is doing its job the balls will be riding on a film of oil anyways.... Well thats my story and I am sticking to it !
