I want to try titanium screws in my Serpent 710. Not because of the weight saving, but more for the strenght.

Ti screws will not be as strong as stock for sure. You can tell as they can be cut easily using a plier. But you'll have a very hard time trying to cut or bend the stock steel screws. The advantage is in weight over stock and stronger but heavier than alu ones. I also noted that stock serpent screws tend to rust....
