Without applying 50 ft lbs. of torque to the glow plug I can 100% assure you it was tightened just fine. I used 2 genuine orion plugs and the problem still occurred. I blew compressed air around the glow plug and it idle down every time while I could also see small amounts of fuel coming up.
I certainly don't see where Pitpop is looking down on anyone. In his line of work as well as my own, we deal with alot of people that probably don't have any business in this hobby. Anymore when I deal with people, I try to eliminate the easy and stupid things that are simply overlooked by many.
I would try another brand of turbo plug. If that doesn't seal, I would contact Horizon and see if I could obtain another head-button. If you bought the engine locally, I would go to the shop and have them to contact Horizon for you. Horizon is known for taking care of there dealers.
I can honestly tell you that if this were to happen to an Orion engine that was sold in our store, I could get the problem resolved with no trouble at all.

Good luck.
