Here is one for you guys to research. Back in the day team Losi came out with the JRX2. Before that a bud of mine sent me a few UK mags to read and I saw a car called the Mardave Meteor. I thought, wow, looks pretty cool. I never gave it another thought. Then the "designed" by team Losi JRX2 came on the market and I bought one and liked it. I was cleaning out some stuff and found the magazine. Looking though it I saw the meteor and noticed how very very much it looked like the JRX2 in every way I could see. The pic was the car with body.I got online and the Meteor was not to be found in Mardaves inventory???
Now before any wild comments are made I am not saying it is a conspiracy or anything but it sure looked like maybe a deal was made to send the car from the UK under another banner. Nothing against Losi I have raced them for years. Anyone want to backtrack This and prove me wrong. I would feel better if it was not true after all these years.
