Question for 12th scale mod motor purchase

I am choosing between 4T and 4.5T Team Powers Motor

Tracks to race at:

1. Norcal asphalt
2. Norcal Carpet
3. TQ Carpet

I'm using a stock/spec LRP speedo

Also initial suggested settings for speedo would be appreciated

And gearing with 44mm rear and 92/96 spur
