Default Carbs???

I've been having some trouble with my carb on my 12TRP lately. The thing is smooth as silk without the rubber boot, but gets very rough everytime I put it back on. Its been sticking on the return from full throttle back to neutral, bogging badly at idle and recently the engine has been refusing to go beyond mid power even when the slide is fully open.

None of which occured when I first ran the engine back in March.

I've recently replaced EVERYTHING. Tubing, glowplug, etc... No luck. After runnig great for the qualifiers and the main's warmup, the engine refused to go beyond about mid power in the middle of my frickin' A-main race! I've just now resealed the fuel inlet nipple and the carb/engine block area, and I'm going to replace the tank because it might have a possible leak at the cap seal.

If all this doesn't work, I'm looking to replace the whole carb. I believe I've heard people here mention using different carbs with the Sirio engine. Which ones fit? Which is the best?

I came to this engine this year after running a OS 12TR engine last year. No problems, no issues, nothing but reliability from that engine. I'm not used to having all these engine related problems. I prefer consistency and reliability over raw power. And if I can't get this figured out, I may return to OS engines for those very reasons.
