Everything seems to be working fine at the moment. I did notput nearly enoigh diff lube on the balls inside diff, was missing a smaller ball in the outdrive also. I skimmped out on black grease on the gears. Soooo, lubed the shit out of the diff, added a ball to the ourdrive shaft and packed it with black grease. Finally i generously coated the steel gears in black asc grease as well..

Now it runs like butter no noise or anything. If it were cracked would it be making that noise no matter what? Anyway The noise is gone and i inspected all the gears. So figure im good now. I do like the added weight in the rear as well
