No not I-beams. Hot Bodies Beams. You'll want a small pin tire. The track is super high bite. Losi BK Bar type tires from any brand. Jconcepts, Panther, Proline, AKA Wishbones, etc. Also Losi taper pin type tires are good. Panther switches, AKA Rebar, Proline inside jobs.
Usually soft and super soft compounds for the best traction.
