The plugs / connectors that plug into the 2 large holes in the lipo (marked + and - ) are called banana plugs. They are basically 4.5mm bullets. in the top of the bullet plug is a cup that the wire is soldered into. If you cut a groove in the side of the cup to allow the wire to come out of the bullet at a right angle, it will allow you to route the wires out the standard battery cable recess in the door.
