I think that already goes to show the limit of a driver's potential. I'm pretty sure Pak Hendro has not gotten better times on the Mugen than what he got from the 710.
And I'm pretty sure going from what you say, if that teenager you're referring to drives the 710, he would have easily TQed.
In summary, what I'm trying to say is that on the top level, all cars are pretty much equal. Pros here, cons there. It's all the the driver's hands and capabilities.
