One cell went bad on this 4S pack so i figured i'd make it into a 3S pack. I have removed the dodgy cell from the top and this is what i'm left with (see pic)

Now i just want to confirm i have it marked out correctly and i just have to remove the green balance wire (redundant) and solder my negative lead and negative balance wire onto the negative tab at the top left of the battery?
