As far as on throttle difference between filled/drilled unfilled I have noticed a more instant throttle reponse and a more punchy yet smooth/direct throttling

I thought you were running non novarossi engines these days ?
Thanks for explaining that. I'm still running the +4 in buggy and going to stick with it, I love that motor. I just wanted to try something different for truggy.
