They are definitely a really nice engine... IMO they are one of the first times that I felt a really expensive engine stood head and shoulders above the crowd in terms of performance... As you know I can usually squeeze plenty of power from almost any engine regardless of price.... But these Bonitos definitely do show something special in the low end that we don't find in other .21's.... With the ultra long stroke the engine is able to produce usable power at a much lower RPM then the shorter stroke designs...which IMO makes them one of the best truggy engines I have come across....Everybody who has driven one has absolutely loved the feel of it in the truggy...without question it is a very unique engine .......

Jeff, there must be alot of fast guys in MN if Josh was in 3rd..because that boy is F-A-S-T! Say hi to him for me

Neal, that P5 you modded looks like it's going be part of my arsenal for next season..I'll save my Bonito for race day You really seem to know how to squeeze performance out of any nitro mill! Keep up the great work.
As you know I love tinkering with new engines... With having the test facility at my disposal this season I have really stepped up my game for this next season....We have been able to test these engines on multiple surfaces, from ultra loose to full 100% traction...different layouts from wide open big air, to tight and very technical..... And most importantly I have had the greatest crew of guys at the track to work with in helping me further develop my engines...
