Questions about the new rules posted???

If a Driver has the Wrong Set of Allocated tyres on his/her car when Scrutinized a 5 lap Penalties applies.
If a Driver needs a new set of Tire’s - 20 lap penalties applies.

If I put on a new set and get caught I only get 5 Laps but if I ask I get 20 laps - Guess what I would do?

Another:
Tyre Type – Open (5 sets tyres between both drivers)

Where did the extra 2 sets come from?? 1(qualifying) +1(car Race) +1(other car race)=3 not 5 ??

Whats the penalty for mixing and matching tires? Isn't using qualifying tires not supposed to be 20 laps as well?

I see a lot of loop holes !!!
