well i haven't been racing a hell of a lot, had a lot going on lately but a week ago i went out to Lake Havasu City, AZ and ran at the Battle at the Beach Race. Both my Buggy and Truggy ran Great. Buggy had the BTT and didnt have a lick of problems, tuned it when i got there and didnt have to touch it all weekend long. Truggy had the bonito, it didnt have much fuel thru it, prob about 1/2-3/4 gallon when i got there. ran about 2 tanks on practice day and it started to break in a tiny bit thru out the qualifiers. I ended up Qual 2nd and we ran Triple A Mains. The morning of the mains i retuned the Bonito and it woke up, really smooth but plenty of power and top end was amazing down the sweeper. Really happy with this engine. Ended up winning both buggy and truggy by A2 so i didnt have to run A3 in either class. Nitro Challenge warm up race is next for me.
